Is DENS a manufacturer or an importer?
DENS is a manufacturer. We design, develop and build our battery systems ourselves, with 180 people at our own factory on the Automotive Campus in Helmond, the Netherlands.
What is a clean alternative to a diesel generator?
A mobile battery system such as the Powerhub. It supplies power on site without diesel fumes and with far less noise, from 145 up to 3,360 kWh.
Can I rent a battery container?
Yes. DENS systems are available to buy, or to rent through our rental partners.
How do I get power on a site without a grid connection?
Use a Powerhub. It charges at a grid location or from solar and delivers the power on site. A 3,360 kWh system can run a construction site for a week.
How does a battery help with grid congestion?
A Gridhub charges when demand on the grid is low and supplies power during your peaks. This peak shaving keeps you within your contracted capacity, so you can grow without waiting for a bigger connection.
