How a DENS battery system is made.
Step 1
Battery pack
Starting with individual cells, DENS manufactures a wide range of standardised battery packs.

Inverter systems
Built to customer specifications: AC interfaces and DC fast charger interfaces.

System assembly
Everything comes together in the container: modules, inverters and safety systems.

Testing

Mechanical, electrical, chemical and software engineers work side by side with production. Every system is tested before it leaves Helmond, and the people who designed it are the ones who support it.
